Events

Being a new kid at school is tough, but being a new parent can be difficult too. Our school PTO strives to help new families feel comfortable and want to participate. We encourage everyone to attend at least one meeting during the school year. We try to schedule meetings in the morning and/or evening to accommodate our parents busy schedules. Students and siblings are welcome at the meetings. We often provide quiet activities to keep them entertained.

The SMS PTO is a great companion resource for families to ask questions about the school, such as pickup and drop-off points, school lunches, extra curricular programs and any other information new parents need.

We believe in the motto “if there’s anything we can do to help.” Please join us at our next meeting. We look forward to seeing you!

PTO Meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of each month.
